Hurricane Harvey was devastating to many families. Unfortunately, approximately 15-20 anesthesiology residents/fellows at UTMB, Baylor and UT-Houston are dealing with flooded cars, flooded homes, and damaged roofs while trying to continue with their training. As you know, residency is stressful and tiring without the additional emotional, financial, and physical stress of recovery from damages from the storm.
